In excess of the small beach of Capucco, in full view of the Enetic castle and the blue Aegean Sea, we arranged a complex of three homes and six studios. Our initial intention was to justify and ensure the continuity of the physical background, as well to respect the local demands of the building and exterior elements of Astypalaia island. Additionally, we were concerned intensively, of all means destined to satisfy the daily needs, of our visitors and friends. Our aesthetic complex combines all the traditional attractiveness, without being in the sensitive line of menace to be characterized as modest or trendy. The architectural identity of the design creators, - Thomas Papagiannopoulos - Anna Ioannidou is transparent and solid in a manner term of minimalism and simplicity. They applied architectural forms, coming from the ancient organic forms of decorative lines and curves. The eclectic choice of colours and furniture, by the owner, added to the interior fulfillment, in a way that the visitors, will be able to enjoy every single day of their stay, in comfort and relaxing as their own country- home. Eventually, the combination of the attractive Astypalaia with this exclusive traditional building, is in no doubt your best choice for the forthcoming summer!
